NOTICE TO ELDER TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS:

Cambria County Emergency Management is in the process of collecting weather related damage assessments throughout the county. Cambria County is applying to be added to the Disaster Declaration along with several other counties that suffered damage caused by Tropical Storm Debby. Please click the link below review the letter that the Township received and then use the PEMA DAP-19 form to document any storm related damage to your property. Completed damage report forms can either me sent via US Mail to Elder Township Attn: Robin Quist (secretary) 302 Scout Rd, Hastings, PA 16646 – OR – the completed form may also be emailed to stormdebbydamage@eldertwp.com

The Redevelopment Authority of Cambria County has a new County-Wide Whole Home Repair Program that is available on a first come first serve basis to those in Elder Township The maximum award amount is up to $10,000.00 per applicant who qualify for the program.

The Program runs until 12/31/2024 or whenever the funds are exhausted. Available Funds are limited, so you are encouraged to apply early if your interested in this program.
